Crews from the Susquehanna Hose Company in Harford County were called before 7 a.m. to the northbound lanes of the interstate near Tydings Bridge, where there was a reported crash with one driver suffering serious injuries after going over a guardrail and into a pole.

First responders rushed one person to the Christiana Trauma Center for treatment and evaluation of undisclosed injuries. One other declined to be treated in Havre de Grace.

Some lanes were temporarily blocked in the area.

Monday's incident was reported nearly 24 hours after a deadly party bus crash in Belcamp.

The scene was cleared before the morning commute, officials said. It is unclear what caused the crash, which remains under investigation on Monday afternoon.
